Why did you decide to become a physician?
Anesthesia was the perfect fit for my high energy, adrenaline junky, intense, perfectionist personality. I love how an anesthesiologist has to be know about all areas of medicine and surgery and then use that knowledge to get a patient through a surgery or procedure. I really enjoy meeting new people, gaining their trust and then getting them through some very challenging situations.
